Congressman Owens says republicans Would pass parents bill of rights if House majority retaken

Utah Congressman Burgess Owens says at an event to introduce the Commitment to America at East Front of the Capitol that the Republican Party's Commitment to America will get the country back on track, expand education so that every child in America has an opportunity to succeed, and to those who pray every night their child will finally break the poverty cycle, Republicans' Commitment to America will allow in the future an opportunity to look back on November 2022 as free at last.
