Protesters Demonstrate Outside London's Royal Opera During The Premiere Of Tosca

The demonstration comes after 182 members of the Royal Opera and Ballet (RBO) sent an open letter expressing their dissent against the company's policies around the war in Gaza, resulting in the organization cancelling its production of Tosca at the Israeli Opera in Tel Aviv next year. Additional opposition to the show has come from supporters of Ukraine and is directed at the opera's star, Anna Netrebko, over the Russian soprano's perceived association with Vladimir Putin.
