Congressman Gonzales calls Hispanic Republicans united governing conservatives

Texas Congressman Tony Gonzales says responding to a reporter question at a press to introduce the Congressional Hispanic Conference that there's a lot of dialogue that takes place, he very confident that the overall Republican conference would be united in in providing a border security solution but that to start talking immigration reform, border security and immigration are two separate topics.
