Ted Poe Compares Online Terrorist Training To College Credits

Texas Congressman Ted Poe says that terrorists uses social media to recruit others, to raise money, spread propaganda and even to train future fighters. Says that his bill at hand deals specifically with foreign terrorist organizations designated by the government. Poe says that the recipe for bonds used in the Boston Marathon attack had previously been on line and that Al-Shabaab live tweeted an attack on a mall in Kenya that killed and 72 people, that Al Qaeda on the Arabian peninsula held a conference call on line, and an ISIS instruction manual was issued to train terrorists like college credits on line for terrorists and how to be a fighter. Says that a professor has indicated that the same protocol used to take down child pornography online to deal with sites that prop up foreign terrorists organizations and their spreading of murder.
