Details of the world's biggest ever doping scandal were laid bare today with Russia accused of "An institutionalised and disciplined medal-winning conspiracy" involving more than a thousand athletes and 30 sports. Delevering the second part of his anti-doping report Richard Mclaren outlined details of what he called a "systematic and centralised cover up" dating back to at least 2011 -- and involving the London Olympic games.
