Senator Schumer calls proposed liability protections in coronavirus relief bill radical

Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer tells reporters about talks on the HEALS Act that Senator Mitch McConnell had said it is press conference earlier that his entire liability provision would have to be without negotiation part of any bill that could best, which was the way to negotiate since his provision was so extreme and favored corporations but also said all medical malpractice coronavirus related or not was gone until 2024, a radical change in all liability law, so Democrats had asked Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin and Mark Meadows to go back and ask McConnell if he really meant that because that would mean he was uninterested in any bill at all.
