Congressman Reschenthaler suggests he would prosecute Schiff rather than Trump for abuse of power

Pennsylvania Congressman Guy Reschenthaler says at a House Judiciary Committee markup of an impeachment resolution against President Donald Trump that courts had not decided limits on obstruction so he would defend Trump every single day and as a judge would dismiss the case for lack of merit even if facts were viewed in the light favorable to Democrats one could not make out a prima facie case though he would prosecute House Select Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff for abuse of power any day of the week for having subpoenaed phone records of a member of Congress, singled out in leaked a cell number, dumped over 8000 pages on the committee 48 hours before a hearing which he would prosecute every day of the week.
