Upton Leads House Moment os Silence After Kalamazoo Mass Shooting

Michigan Congressman Fred Upton says his state has had some tough times lately such as a lead poisoning in the city of Flint and over the past weekend in the city of Kalamazoo which he says was rocked by just a terrible random act of violence that took six lives. Upton credits the swift actions of first responders and a resident of Richland Township who put herself in front of two children and was shot multiple times. Accompanied by the state delegation, Upton leads the House in a moment of silence in honor of those impacted by what he calls a very tragic event.
