JERUSALEN, COLOMBIA - JULY 03: Magda Cecilia Caicedo, a professional specialized in the community area and supervisor of the vaccination group against COVID-19 at Hospital Marco Felipe Afanador, walks with nursing assistants and vaccinators Consuelo Londoño and Luz Aurora Ramos, data-entry digitizer Sandra Milena Lozano and driver Jorge Alfredo Bernal, during a door-to-door Covid-19 vaccination on July 03, 2021 in rural area of the Jerusalen municipality, Cundinamarca Department, Colombia. Vaccination brigades made their way into a rural area of Jerusalen, 130 km southwest of Bogota, to administer Sinovac vaccines. Depending on the distances and difficulty of access, the brigade vaccinates between 15 and 20 people per day. The municipality of Jerusalen has a population of 2,450 inhabitants, of which the vaccination brigade has vaccinated 1,137 with first doses (46.40%) and 670 people with both doses (27.34%). In its fight to stop the spread of COVID-19, Colombia has administered over 18 million doses and nearly seven million people are immunized with two doses or mono-dose vaccines.
