Congresswoman Axne exchange with Secretary Mnuchin over monitoring tax haven activity

Iowa Congresswoman Cindy Axne asks Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin at a House Financial Services Committee hearing whether there was a significant reduction in profits booked in Bermuda in 2017 or 2018 data, Mnuchin answering he had not the data but part of the reason to move from a global tax system into a territorial system with the guilty tax was to basically prevent people from moving to tax havens and make sure that US companies are taxed fairly.
