Tall Evergreens All Around the Flowing Waters of the South Fork Snoqualmie River. I decided to take advantage of this clearing along the trail that allowed me to to look upstreams to capture an image of the river as it flowed on by. As much of the area was shaded with the tall evergreens, I knew that I would have to find a mean point to meter this setting properly. I selected a point where are some of the sunlight was reflecting off of the trees and then later pulled out areas in shadows in Capture NX2. I later added a Pro Contrast and Foliage CEP filter to bring out more of the mood I felt with the look of sunlight coming through some trees for the final image.
