Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) is a perennial herbaceous plant in the mint family. The leaves have lemon scent and is used as herb, in teas and as flavoring. It has small white flowers full of nectar. It's grown as an ornamental plant and also use to attract bees for honey production and oil. It's believed to have been cultivated since 16th century.
