CHONBURI, THAILAND - 2023/03/03: South Korean marines participate in an amphibious assault exercise as part of the Cobra Gold 2023 joint military exercise at the military base in Sattahip, Chonburi. The Cobra Gold exercise is the largest joint multilateral military exercise in Southeast Asia, co-hosted annually in Thailand by the Royal Thai Armed Forces (RTARF) and the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command. The Cobra Gold 2023 on this year's the 42nd iteration with seven fully participating countries ñ Thailand, the United States, Singapore, Japan, Indonesia, the Republic of Korea, and Malaysia.
