OCT 5 1977, OCT 6 1977 Fitness Pointers Go With Gourmet Cooking John Gillingham,director of Stapleton Plaza Athletic Club, exchanges fitness pointers with Pat Miller, editor of ''Good Sports and Other Cooks" and "A Stirring Experience in Cooking and Entertaining." They were at a Wednesday Learning for Living noontime class which featured gourmet cooking made easy. Luncheon Learning series continues with Gillingham in a class, "It's Fun to Be Fit," opening Oct. 19.
