PHNOM PENH, CAMBODIA - 2003/06/01: Po Kith Ly, left, talks with his psychiatrist, Ang Sody, in a new examination room at the Preah Norodom Sihanouk Hospital in Phnom Penh. Po Kith Ly was imprisoned and tortured by the Khmer Rouge between 1975 and 1979. He now has a hard time sleeping and is always nervous. He came from his home in Kandal province for his monthly appointment and psychiatric prescriptions.
