Sydney Opens The Doors To Historic Buildings

The under construction 333 George Street Building owned by Charter Hall on November 2, 2016 in Sydney, Australia. On November 5-6th, Sydney Open welcomes the public to the city’s most important, and inspiring historic and modern buildings and spaces. Unique to this year is the bicentenary of the NSW Government Architect’s Office, one of the oldest continuous offices in the world. Sydney Open 2016 program includes a record number of buildings by this role from Francis Greenaway’s Hyde Park Barracks and St James’ Church, The Mint, Lucy Osburn Nightingale Museum, Lands Department Building to Peter Mould’s work with Sam Marshall on the the MCA’s Mordant Wing.
