Divorces in the UK are increasing

VOICED: The economic downturn isn't just having a negative impact on our finances, it seems it's also affecting our marriages. Divorce enquiries are up by a third compared to this time last year, as couples forced apart by money pressures seek a final split. The increase in marital breakdowns coincides with election campaigning that's putting family values at the heart of party policies.
