New Jersey Congressman Donald Norcross says at a news conference marking six months since passage of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act that it was a horrible hoax and because of state and local deductions people got screwed while the 1 percent got all the tax breaks stating that in 11 years they have not voted to raise the minimum wage from $7.50 while instead they're giving trillions of dollars away to the 1 percent.
