Badminton Athletes Visit The Illegal Casino

CHIBA, JAPAN - APR. 8: Japanese badminton superstar Kento Momota and teammate Kenichi Tago cut short their trip to the Malaysia Open to return home on April 7, 2016, after being found to have gambled at an illegal casino in Tokyo. The two have admitted to visiting the casino, which was raided by police in 2015 before being closed, according to investigative sources. If the allegations are confirmed, it would "probably be impossible" for the 21-year-old Momota, ranked second in the world, to compete at the Rio de Janeiro Olympics, a senior official of the Nippon Badminton Association said.
