This image is of steam trains pulling through the English countryside in Kent, on a sunny summer day in August 2022. This is in fact two steam locomotives pulling together, The leading steam train is a BR Standard 4MT (number 75069). The steam train behind it is the Bulleid Pacific 'City of Wells' (number 34092). Both trains are seen here on the Spa Valley Railway, a heritage train line in Kent, England, and are both on loan for their 25th anniversary event.
