Union Strikers Stopping Worker from Entering Plant

(Original Caption) Uniformed members of the United Auto Workers-CIO Local #3 stop an employee (carrying lunchbag) from entering the strike-bound Dodge plant July 19th. Many afternoon shift workers received telephone messages from management ordering them to report to work, but Union pickets prohibited all but plant protection and maintenance workers from entering.
