JUN 1957, JUN 8 1957 GUNNISON RIVER FLOODS HIGHWAYS, FARM LANDS AT DELTA IN WESTERN COLORADO The Gunnison River, more than 2 feet above flood stage, has inundated a large area of north Delta and surrounding farm lands as runoff from the high mountains poses a continuing threat. This aerial photo was taken looking north, showing water over Highway 50 to the north and the road to Hotchkiss and Paonia to the east.
