Sean Connery as James Bond

(Original Caption) London: Scottish actor Sean Connery sends a crafty wink from his coffin as he rehearses a scene from his latest film, "Diamonds Are Forever," at Pinewood Studios here recently. In the film Connery, of course, plays James Bond, Agent 007, a role he made famous in five previous movie versions of Ian Fleming novels. He had given up the role five years ago, but decided to make this sixth Bond film to raise money for the Scottish International Educational Trust, a charity he has been instrumental in organizing. 8/19/1971
