US Scholars at Committee Hearing

(Original Caption) Washington, DC: A panel of scholars appearing before the Senate Armed Services Committee, April 23, on President Nixon's ABM system, attacked it as a $6.5 billion "pig in a poke," and at the same time defended it as a modest program to prevent a nuclear Pearl Harbor.
