(Original Caption) Mickey Mantle of the New York Yankees is safe at third on the front end of a successful double steal in the second inning of the July 15th game with the Baltimore Orioles at Yankee Stadium. Orioles' third baseman Brooks Robinson applies the late tag while umpire Sam Carrigan gives Mantle the safe sign. Tom Tresh of the Yankees stole second base on the play. Yankees won the game behind the 5-hit pitching of Whitey Ford 2-0.
