PRODUCTION - 16 July 2025, Slovenia, Nova Gorica: The "Go! 2025" sign has been erected in the city center as a symbol for the European Capital of Culture. The cities of Gorizia (Italy) and Nova Gorica (Slovenia) are celebrating 2025 together as the European Capital of Culture. For the first time, a cross-border city pair is presenting itself as a European Capital of Culture. The motto of the European Capital of Culture 2025 is "Go! Borderless".
