Joachim Gauck Is Elected New President Of Germany

BERLIN, GERMANY - MARCH 18: Joachim Gauck (R), Lutheran pastor and former East German human-rights activist, is congratulated by German Chancellor Angela Merkel (L) of the Bundestag after Gauck was elected new German President by the Federal Assembly on March 18, 2012 in Berlin, Germany.
