(Original Caption) San Francisco: Incumbent Mayor Dianne Feinstein emerges from voting booth after casting her ballot December 11th, 1979, in a runoff election for mayor of San Francisco, between herself and supervisor Quentin Kopp. In the first round of the municipal elections November 6th, 1979, Feinstein got 42% of the vote to Kopp's 40% with the remainder going to a gay Realtor & minor candidates.
