KYIV, UKRAINE - JULY 25, 2023 - Former head of the Odesa Regional Center for Recruitment and Social Support Yevhen Borysov, who is facing charges of illegal enrichment, is kept in a glass-panelled box during the bail hearing at the Pecherskyi District Court, Kyiv, capital of Ukraine.
