In a further blow to the Catholic Church in America, four men who were sexually assaulted as children by a teacher at a Roman Catholic church have reached a $27.5 million settlement with the Diocese of Brooklyn. The victims, now aged between 19 and 21, were repeatedly abused by Angelo Serrano, 67, while he was a teacher at St. Lucy's-St. Patrick's Church in Brooklyn.
