Frigate "Hessen" back in Wilhelmshaven

22 December 2023, Lower Saxony, Wilhelmshaven: The frigate "Hessen" enters the harbor at the naval base in strong winds. With around 230 servicemen and women on board, the frigate returned to its home port shortly before Christmas. Over the past five months, the ship has taken part in three major maneuvers and many exercises in the North Sea, the Baltic Sea and the North Atlantic.
