A bemused passer-by walks past a strange sight in Wardour Street, Central London, England UK. Even for London where bizarre events take place, this strange scene attracts attention from strangers such as this mountain bike that has been attached to the top of a parking notice pole, locked in place by a D-lock - a crime prevention measure to thwart any determined bike thief, of which there are many in the city.
