New depot for electric and biomethane buses

02 August 2023, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Rostock: Susann Klier inserts the tank hose for refueling with biomethane into the tank shaft of a service bus at the new depot of Rostocker Straßenbahn AG (RSAG). After six months of conversion work, the site for regular service buses has been adapted for alternative drive systems. The buses can be refueled with electric energy and biomethane, and the plan is to gradually convert all bus services to climate-friendly drive systems over the next few years.
