Aaron Wagman Accused of Bribery

Aaron Wagman, 28, of New York, shown in this September 1960 file photo, was arrested in New York, March 17, on charges of offering a bribe to an unidentified Connecticut University basketball player. Wagman allegedly offered the university athlete $1,000 to shave points in a game against Colgate University earlier this year. Wagman was previously convicted of giving a $1,5000 bribe to a Florida University football player in November 1960.
