Iconique Music Group partner Guy Eckstine, is the former SVP/Creative Development, MP3.com, VP A&R, Verve Records, Director A&R, Columbia Records, and Creative Manager, Virgin Music In America. Most recently Guy was the Co-Founder/CEO of MIAATV.com. His record productions have won four Grammy Awards, and he has worked with a stellar array of artist's including Quincy Jones, Herbie Hancock, Chris Botti, Wayne Shorter, Vanessa Williams, Brian McKnight, Gino Vannelli, Jonatha Brooke, Shawn Smith and Frank Zappa. An acknowledged expert in New Media, Guy most recently moderated, "Music 2.0: The Revolution Continues" at the Digital Hollywood Conference 2007, featuring senior executives from the new media, film, television, music and advertising worlds.
Guy's partner at Iconique Music Group Scott Barkham, is the former Managing Director of River Sound in NYC, which was owned by Donald Fagen and Gary Katz from Steely Dan. In addition to casting many of the musicians on Grammy winning projects, while managing River Sound, Scott scouted and discovered talent, successfully soliciting the recording contracts for three artists at major labels, including The Groove Collective on WB. Transitioning to television, Scott began working as a Talent Producer at VH1, and more recently at Fuse Network and MIAATV.com, where his responsibilities included Talent Relations/Development, New Media and Marketing.
