BRUSSELS, BELGIUM - JULY 04: Standing with champion cyclist Eddy Merckx (right) who is celebrating his 65th birthday, Swiss rider Fabian Cancellara of team Saxo Bank retained the race leader's yellow jersey following stage one of the Tour de France July 4, 2010 in Brussels, Belgium. Alessandro Petacchi of Italy and team Lampre won the stage.The stage took the riders from Rotterdam to Brussels on a 223.5km course. Following the prologue yesterday, Swiss rider Fabian Cancellara of team Saxo Bank is wearing the race leaders yellow jersey.
