A low lost tablet computer the Aakash has been designed in India and costs less than $ 40 per piece. Even the USA is trying to emulate this project. Today an upgraded Aakash-4 tablet is being designed by Indian Institute of Technology, Madras where Prof Ashok Jhunjhunwala (in orange shirt) is now spearheading this national endeavour who himself leads a simple life travelling on a three decade old scooter.
