UNITED STATES - OCTOBER 02: Governor Pataki was joined by "notable New Yorkers" in his midtown office to announce the launch of an unprecedented tourism campaign, "I Love New York", which will highlight New York's resilient spirit - Pataki announced that he will spend $40 million for advertising, with the State and Port Authority of New York and New Jersey contributing $20 million each, in order to encourage business travelers and tourists to come back to The Big Apple, despite the September 11 terrorist attacks that destroyed the World Trade Center.
