Martha McSally Questions DHS Secretary about Border Security Effectiveness

Arizona Congresswoman Martha McSally asks Secretary of Homeland Security John Kelly at a hearing on border security and other immigration matters about establishing accurate measures for effective border security, that passed analytics have not been useful, referring to a hearing of her subcommittee the year before. Kelly indicates he is going to Tucson for that reason, that his frame of thinking is from the south, Mexico and Colombia, that if the border has been penetrated United States has lost for the most part, that he thinks of it the other way.
