The Jurong Frog Farm started in 1981 and is Singapore's only frog farm. The farm has seen a huge boom in sales in the past year after developing the only fresh, locally made Hashima or Snow Jelly. Traditionally imported from China, Hashima is made from the bullfrogs oviducts and is classed as one of the top five most valued Chinese ingredients. As it comes from the reproductive organs of the frog, it is rich with collagen protein and is said to help skin complexion as well as strengthen the kidneys and lungs.

Hand crafted bones are laid out on the National Mall for an installation about genocide June 10, 2013 in Washington, DC. The 'One Million Bones' project collected one million handcafted bones to be laid out for three-days on the National Mall to raise awareness of ongoing genocide and mass atrocities in places Somalia, Sudan, South Sudan, Burma and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
